Holiday Inn Leeds Brighouse by IHG

I attended a business meeting on site and was not made aware of any parking regulations upon my arrival. I then received a letter saying I was being fined for parking. I tried to call Holiday Inn Brighouse for an explanation, but their automated phone system is both creepy and inefficient whilst also being rude in its responses. As I could not find a way to contend the fine, I had to pay it. The staff were all polite, but the parking scam at the hotel is stinks of obscene greed!

Furnishings were a little dated

Great staff, hotel clean, nice bar area

Perfect for trip to Eureka museum with my Grandaugthers for an overnight stay . Very child friendly with breakfast and evening meal. Plus having a swimming pool was a real bonus .Thankyou.

Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The food was really good quality and large portions.

The rooms are tired and need refurbishment and there was a smell of damp or some kind of drain problem in the rooms - staff have been asking head office for room upgrades
