The breakfast was good The lounge was perfect for relaxing

. Toilet flushing mechanism wasn't good. .Corridors carpets stained and could be much better . Carpets have seen it's days ,they need replacing but the hotel itself was good Rating:4/5

Surprisingly well appointed hotel with health facilities, large dining room, lots of parking, good comfortable rooms, very well positioned for the University which is a short walk away

Only thing was a large gap at the bottom of the door which let in a lot of light and cast moving shadows when people walked past. I thought I'd left a light on!

"This was an overnight day to have precious nanny and granddaughter time. I live in Guildford"

The room was big airy.. my granddaughter had a pull out sofa.. I had a double bed.. I like the fact that checkout is at 12 noon so we could have breakfast and use the pool .. didn’t use the gym , but use the pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna ( children under 16 cannot use these my granddaughter’s 11, but she enjoyed swimming) They had a baby swimming class on at the time we were there as the Fitness area is open to the public and treatment Centre..

Hadn’t realised how to pay £8 parking, and this is where the QR code could be confusing for guests.. if book Direct with the hotel parking is exempt.. I will be comparing prices in future..
