Fairfield by Marriott Kalamazoo West

Extremely good service, VERY clean. Very helpful front desk person. Great price and delicious breakfast! Will definitely stay again.

We stayed one night on our way back home. The property was nicely appointed and convenient to highway. The breakfast did not look appetizing so we eat elsewhere. Free bottled water was nice.

The bathroom had no countertops even though the pictures did. The elevator was down almost all of our stay. The parking lot was not plowed or salted. A member of my group slipped and fell (no injuries) in the parking lot. There were not enough parking spaces for all the guests. There was no fire escape plan on our room door. There was feces on our curtain.

Wasn't there long enough to see the entire facility, but did approved of the facility. Hope I get to stay there again.

Nice for a few night's stay near family. Bed was comfy, some late night noise from other guests though. Overall we would stay again.

Excellent staff attitude and helpfulness. Rooms in good condition and clean and comfortable. Good experience again.

Check in was great and the room clean. Disappointed that no dining service but several restaurants within 5 miles.
