Room not clean or up to part sheets dirty floor not clean well

Very nice for the places I needed to be on this trip. I have three different times that my keys didn’t get me into the hotel or room. This was very frustrating.

This will be the place I stay whenever I visit Kalamazoo. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The extended swimming pool hours of 6 AM to 11 PM. made it very convenient to get to swim with my busy schedule. The complimentary breakfast has something for all diet needs serving hot and cold options. Loved that they offer complimentary water bottles.

I liked that they were environmentally conscious by giving customers a choice to have the room cleaned everyday or not.

It was fine older place, clean and staff were very nice.

Coop was very nice and helpful!

Easy access off the highway.

The hotel was great and we will definitely be coming back.

Basic amenities with nothing spectacular and nothing awful.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't use any of the additional amenities, other than breakfast which did include warm offerings like scrambled eggs, but it is a nice bonus to have a pool and fitness room available. Check in was smooth and there was plenty of parking. The stand out for us was the friendliness of the staff, especially Pam who was there when we checked in late for our stay. She is wonderful and we plan on returning to this property largely based on the quality of her customer service and warmth of her personality.
