Hotel was just a little tired… below average breakfast

Over priced, pool was down for "maintenance" though the many times we checked no one was working on it. The room smelled alot like bleach and the bedding made us itch. We did not sleep well and we were really bummed cause I paid extra and drove further for use of the pool with the kids to have it down and no one knew when it would be up. We left before the breakfast sleeping about 3 hours. Will not be back.

Nice quiet and affordable

The room smelled like mildew or something funky; during my shower I realized the shampoo and conditioner containers hanging inside the shower were empty, had to get out, dripping and find some in my suitcase. No garbage container in bathroom area. The pool was very nice, warm and clean;

We arrived at 4:30pm the room was on the 3rd floor, it was not clean, the bedding had been removed, there was a chair on one of the beds, dried ketchup on the entry floor. Told the staff the room was not ready, was given the only other room available, it was on the first floor. We were there for a convention and only had time to drop off our luggage and go setup. Got back late, when getting in bed, noticed toe nail clippings next to one of the beds. This showed the room had not been properly cleaned!!! Also, it was a bit chilly, tried to turn up the heat and it didn’t work. Will not stay here again nor would I recommend it. Very discussed!

Friendly staff

AC did not work. Not all lights worked.

We had reserved a 2 queen room but the hotel was not able to deliver that. Instead we were "upgraded" to a king plus sofa sleeper. Our adult son therefore had to sleep on a rather crappy pull out. There was no bedding in the room for the sleeper sofa either. We were able to get bedding but no pillows from the rather surly front desk staff. Why does a hotel not have enough pillows for ALL their beds, including the sofa sleepers?

Stayed for one day, had two rooms. Reception lady Pamela was super good and sweet in attending our family during Check In.Even during checkout the staff was good and considerate. Hotel room, bed, washroom and all the aspect were good.

Disliked that the lobby TV was always on CNN.
