"The bed was comfortable "

Arrived at midnight sheets piled in center of hall. Asked for wash clothes was told they were locked up by housekeeping manager. A day later finally got 3 wash clothes. Face plate of electric socket under sink missing, part of exit sign missing. Couldn’t get a call to front desk or housekeeping to go through. Very disappointed.

Hotel was under renovation, so the pool was closed. We were not made aware of this. Kids were bummed. Room was clean and beds were comfy.

"Asked for a refund"

We traveled to the area for softball with three teen girls. While checking in we found out the pool is out of order. It is nowhere on their website or on any of the outsourced travel sites. I feel like this is false advertising. The pool has not been in use for a year, this is not a new problem. We will be refunded the money we paid, in 3-5 business days.

"A pleasant experience. "

Hotel was under construction at the time of my stay, but I never heard any construction noise. Building is older but in the process of being renovated and modernized. Bed was SO comfortable. Room was comfortable with mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine. Did not see hairdryer in room. Nice big tv, lighted armoire. Hot breakfast was decent, with many options. With COVID, staff member took our order and made plates for us. Coffee was fresh and hot. Staff was pleasant at check in and check out. Walmart is right next door and several fast food restaurants are nearby for a quick meal. Overall, a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m passing through.
