I have stayed here many times, but the last two times have not been the same. The customer service was horrible. I requested repairs that were not fixed promptly (door lock was broken and the a/c was not working correctly). It was a very frustrating stay. I will not stay there again.

"Filthy"

The room was dirty, the door wouldn’t hardly open or close to our room. The bed sheets had not been changed, the pillow case was clearly dirty(had BLOOD on it) there was hair in the bed linens. The shower was filthy and felt/sounded as if we were going to fall threw the floor. I would not stay there again. EXTREMELY over priced for the condition of the facility. Worst Holiday Inn Express EVER!

"Don’t recommend to stay"

Nice hotel there was no one at the front desk to ask questions but when there was one there they ignored me or took off away from the desk. There was no hotel maids to clean your room. Ants crawling in rooms. Found out they charged my credit card $75 I’m not at all happy

Very friendly staff. Good hot coffee. Clean place. Great breakfast. My only complaint we have a ten pound poodle that is 14 years old Didn’t use anything of hotel. Had his Own bed and blanket. We were gone all day with dog. But we’re charged $75. He also had a diaper on when inside. Felt it was a bit steep for the two nights of just sleeping.

The pools heater was out our entire stay. The fitness room had water pouring from the ceiling and the ceiling was about too collapse. They ran out of milk and other items for breakfast and we was there at 8:30 am and it was no better the next day. On a positive note the staff was friendly.
