Holiday Inn Express Princeton by IHG

It was nice I was happy and slept comfortably and happy

We booked this hotel months in advance only to arrive and find that it was under new management and was no longer pet friendly. We were never notified and we’re out on the street without a place to stay!

Very clean hotel; comfortable beds. Great breakfast items though they were often not restocked in a timely manner during the morning.

Overall not too bad. Staff needs to do a little better job of cleaning the patio, and I hope they get their pool heater fixed. Even though the pool is smaller in nature, would've been nice if it wasn't extremely cold. Rooms were pretty good though, and staff was awsome

Nice pool and workout facilities. Bed not very comfortable and only one small bar of soap.

Checked-in with a less than enthusiastic desk clerk who couldn’t find my reservation and asked if I was even at the right hotel. How insulting! She looked back through reservations and had overlooked it!! She gives me key cards to a room. We go to the car to get our things, travel 3 flights of stairs because the one and only elevator is slow and scary old. We get to the room and there are towels on the floor, beds slept in, etc. The room had not been cleaned! We went back down stairs with our stuff in tow and tell the clerk. She goes through her stack of reservations and hands me key cards from someone else’s reservation! We take them because we’re exhausted and just want a room. We go back up two flights of stairs and finally have a cleanish room, minus the toenail clippings on the floor near the couch. We get up early next morning with high hopes of this so called breakfast only to be let down by dried up shriveled eggs?? We went out for the day and when we returned, our keys wouldn’t unlock the outside doors. It’s pouring raining at this point. We drive around to front of building to front desk and the lady working was much more pleasant than the girl the night before. She checks the computer for our reservation and it’s still listed as the first dirty room and the people whose keys we ended up with had checked out and therefore rendered our keys inactive. What a mess!! I do not recommend this hotel!! What a disappointment!!

Overall a good stay. I was disappointed that Bacon, ham or sausage was not served at breakfast. Slept well, good location, clean room. Friendly staff witn chocolate cookies at check-in. Well appointed fitness room.

When I checked in was told no rooms available (sold out) even though I had a reservation. Told another lady in line with me same thing. We had to drive 20 miles down the road to get a room. Just to leave at 5:30am to drive back to Princeton for our even.

Terrible staff. Unprepared. Unwilling to resolve room problem with broken toilet causing me to spend my time arguing with them over two days about moving my party to a room with a working toilet. They doubled billed me and required more arguing for them to credit my credit card for the overbilling. They wanted me to argue the billing with my credit card company.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Only problem was there were a few bugs in the room. They said there was a lot of bugs in the area. They were “stink” bugs. Overall very clean and very friendly
