Everything was great. Some of the nooks and cranny’s were a little dirty but it seemed like the room may have been older. It was also easy to hear everything outside the room which made it hard to sleep.

"Mixed, some great staff some not good staff"

The person who checked me out on Tuesday at about 10:30 am (don’t know her name) was always incredibly helpful and if she couldn’t do something would find someone to help. Her and two other members of staff were great. It’s a shame about the rest.

The male member of staff who checked me in my first night was rude and unhelpful.

Clean and the bed was very comfortable

The bar/restaurant was under construction and there was no breakfast, for the price I think breakfast should be available. Also small pool and no jacuzzi

They don’t pickup your room every day and make beds and give you coffee or towels wash rags anymore!! Some things were dirty! I reserved a handicap room for my parents because my mom is handicapped and room was same as mine went to store and purchased items that came to$150 so she could stay in room!

"Overall a nice hotel and would probably stay again"

We stayed a a 2 queen bed room for 1 night. Everything liked nice a fairly new. Cons: elevator floor was very sticky. Our body wash dispenser was empty. The restaurant/bar attached to hotel is OOB/closed. Maybe it said that in description and I needed it, but I know that was one reason why I chose this hotel, and was a bit disappointed when we realized it was closed.
