This hotel was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, the staff told me they did not accept my card type — even though they clearly do. I was left embarrassed and stressed, treated as though I was the problem. To make it worse, instead of apologizing, the staff member attempted to gaslight me, later claiming she “made it work for me” when in fact the card should have been accepted from the beginning. There was no accountability, no courtesy, and no respect shown to me as a guest. A hotel stay should make you feel welcomed and secure — not traumatized, shamed, and dismissed. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to take their business elsewhere.

This was the most bizarre hotel visit we’ve had as a family. The restaurant closed November 2024 and there’s no breakfast. So don’t plan on any food. We should have noticed this when we booked, but still disappointing. We requested a pack and play weeks in advance, and after checking in they informed us they didn’t have any. They said they had ordered one 6 months ago and were still waiting. But at no point ahead of our stay did they inform us of this. We asked if we could transfer to another Marriott in town that had one, and they said we’d have to pay for the first night at Four Points. It was cheaper to run to Target and just buy a pack and play. We got to the room and it clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, which isn’t ideal for a baby crawling around (who found a hunk a dirt and a plastic clothes tag). Additionally, there was no “do not disturb/come back later” sign. We asked for one (our kiddos nap during the day) and were told they didn’t have any. Then someone from housekeeping said they’d hang one on our door. I guess someone else needed it because it was gone our final morning. The bathroom was tiny with no vent, which is probably why there seems to be mildew building up in it. While the staff pleasant, they seemed unconcerned and unbothered by the inconveniences experienced by their guests.

I am a Bonvoy member and thought it best to park my car in the sheraton parking lot when I got an engine light on my driver's panel. Went to the front desk and Jani not only offered her help but they took my keys and waited for the tow truck driver. I wasn't officially staying at the hotel this time but It didn't matter.

I was pretty disappointed with our stay here. I understand they were low on rooms but I would have rather been turned away than have to pay full price to stay in a room that was so subpar. First the air conditioner would not cool the room below about 76 degrees. Making sleeping very uncomfortable. Next our room was missing the chair and lamp that is supposed to be on the far side of the room. So that left us with no comfortable seat and no light on that side of the room to see in the room. Almost every light in the room is 4 ft off the ground and aiming down so the room looks like a cave at night. We tried to call the front desk but you know it, the phone was dead as well. Then to find out after we paid that there was no longer any breakfast or restaurant on the property any longer.

We visited Saginaw and stayed at 4 Points Hotel as others in our group were staying there. The hotel has an Indoor/outdoor pool and we stayed in a poolside room. The room was a basic two queen sized bed room with all the things that come along with a typical room. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. As mentioned, the room had a sliding glass door that opened on to the outdoor pool area. There was a fence with secure closings that surrounded the pool keep younger kids out but allow access by adults. The room was clean. There were 2 regular coffee packs and 2 decaf coffee packs and a one cup coffee maker. The attached restaurant was not open and hadn’t been open for quite some time before our arrival. No breakfast was available on-site but a limited variety snacks were available at the front desk. The front desk staff were pleasant. Overall, the hotel was fine but not overwhelmingly awesome.

There isn’t a restaurant. There isn’t breakfast. Theres only one person manning the desk/front. The best feature of the hotel is the indoor/outdoor pool and the massive outdoor patio for groups and gatherings. Our softball team likes staying here in the summer for that reason. Restraints and fast food close by. Close to fields.

Very friendly staff.

Slight smell of weed. I know the hotel can’t do much about that.
