Four Points by Sheraton Bakersfield

Big clean rooms and very comfortable!

I would recommend to have security around the parking lot, it’s very lonely and dark.

Room was clean. But I would not stay at this Sheraton again.

Location and grounds unkept

We stayed here on our way back home. Location is nice, close to restaurants and major roads. It is an old building with some renovation. Some doors throughout the hotel don’t open and close properly. The room was nicer with modern style furniture and hardwood floors. We got upgraded so our room was in front of a pool with a balcony, it would be nice in the summer time. However, the walls don’t block any sound from the next door. There were very loud people staying next door to us and our family was woken up at 11:30pm due to the noise. I’m also disappointed by the cleanliness/housecleaning. We found an earwig in the bathroom of our room. In the fitness center, no water cups or towels were available. All the equipments were very old and some were not functioning properly. The front desk staff was nice though. This is one of the cheaper hotels so the value is good but I hope they continue to renovate more and keep the facility clean and well maintained.

Liked the suite with kitchenette; comfortable quiet room and on-site parking. Good buffet breakfast, too.

A little to far for walking to restaurants, etc.

De airco/verwarming was kapot en er waren geen dekens alleen een dun laken. Toen wij dit aangaven werd er door de receptioniste gezegd dat ze t door zou geen. Niemand gezien. We hebben met onze kleding aan moeten slapen zo koud was t en we moesten om 0500 uur onder de warme douche om warm te worden. Wij hebben wel auto’s gezien de volgende dag van het airco bedrijf, maar geen verontschuldiging of geste. Slecht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug. We waren zo moe van de reis, dat we t hebben gelaten.
