"Best Stay Ever for an Last Minute Check-in"

I want to mention how fortunate my mom and I was and how we were able to sleep in peace. Leanna, came to our rescue when we were unable to locate our reservations. We traveled to Bakersfield for a funeral. If it was not for Leanna’s assistance in a late night check-in , I felt like we were out of options. But with her sweet sweet assistance, we slept great and made it to our destination. Thank you Leanna and Diva for the next night as well.

"Very poor experience, best to avoid."

Nothing much

The hotel was exceptionally shabby and dirty beyond any standard of a Sheraton Four Points hotel. The halls of the hotel and the fitness room were literally full of dirt, not to mention the breakfast diner which was so run down and dirty that we decide to skip breakfast.

"Room was good, patio was cool yet no elevator to get you up to 3rd floor. I requested bottom floor and was granted it. L"

Carpet needs replaced in hallways, bubbled up and filthy. Needs to be updated and needs some love.

"It was unclean and we will not be returning."

It was quiet.

It wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bathtub and a lot of makeup on the underside of the sheet from the previous guests. There was mold in the stitching of the sheets. And the shower curtain was discolored and had a dirt stain in the bathtub. There were no fitted sheets on the beds. They gave us 2 towels for 4 adults and when we asked for more they said they were out, so we had to go buy more. The ice machine was also out of ice.

The beds were amazing!! best, comfortable bed out of the many hotels I have stayed at.

as a single traveling female, The lack of lighting outside in the parking lot area made me feel a bit exposed and nervous if I had to go to my car at night.
