Car didn't get broken into, shower was nice

Staff at check in not great and we did not get the room we booked, not enough blankets, hot tub and pool looked gross, noise from doors and talking in hall very loud, refrigerator missing shelf, way way below expectations for this chain of hotel.

It was easy to find, easy to check in. We enjoyed the courtyard to be able to get a little nature in during our road trip.

It was weird that there were hardly any people there, and the little things provided in the room were meager, pretty stripped down like it is in receivership of something like that.

No heat in the room and it is 43 degrees outside. We called the front desk within 15 minutes of getting into our room (waiting for heat to turn on). First they said they would come and fix it. Called back 15 minutes later and they said they were looking for a new room for us. So we repacked and waited. Called back 15 minutes later and were told they were checking out another room and would bring us new keys in a few minutes. Then they finally called back and offered us a space heater. By then we were freezing and exhausted. Although they delivered a space heater, it hardly put out any volume of hot air. We’re miserable. There are no extra blankets in the room. It’s after midnight so we can’t do anything except endure the cold. And the deadbolt in the door doesn’t work. We stay at Marriott properties regularly and have never been this disappointed and uncomfortable.

The room was recently rehabbed, looked and felt brand new.

The heater didn’t work,, 57° at night,, but the down comforter they brought to the door handled it!!

Did not eat breakfast

1) on coming into the room (at night, checked in late), I had a lot of trouble finding the light switches for the lamps that were past the entrance: black on black 2) when showering in the morning (I had the door to the bathroom closed), the light in the bathroom went out. It wasn't a power outage, it just turned off, creating a considerable hazard for me (I'm 74 with a history of falls) but it would have been dangerous for anyone

I stayed one night. I liked the bathroom the staff.

No where onsite to eat on Sunday. Carpets and walls well worn. My bed was a bit lumpy on one side. I moved to the other side and slept like a baby.

Personalen var mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Rummet var modernt och fräscht.

Hotellet var lite slitet på vissa ställen (ej rummet!), exempelvis skulle innertaket behöva lite kärlek, framförallt i frukostmatsalen.
