EVEN Hotel Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

The bottom of the pool was full of holes and the water was freezing. When we checked in, there was a dirty hand towel on the floor right outside the door to our room. The AC was really loud and erratic. Our room was next to the elevator and was very noisy.

nice amenities ie. gym, pool, meeting rooms breakfast was very basic, would have liked a few more options but it did the job

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Very clean and quiet property with nice sized rooms. The only thing I didn’t like was the $100 incidental charge. That seems a bit over the top. But other than that, a good experience.

Very clean property and kind staff.

This was a last minute booking and I loved it. I stay in hotels at least 3 X a week for biz travel and typically choose Marriott properties. This hotel was convenient, clean and had a super soft comfy bed. Also had exercise equip in room. Great experience! Frendly staff. I'll def go back when in area again.
