I was very impressed with the overall service and rooms. Large room, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom is also spacious and clean. The front desk staff remembered I had stayed with them a few days prior. Actually worth mentioning we did return right away for our flight out as it was so nice the prior stay. Only downfall was the breakfast, I didn't want to use the facility for breakfast but it was very generic offerings.

This was a good and decent hotel, while being austere. There are few extras but is clean and simple. Felt a bit like a college dorm, but for one night, great!!!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived, making check-in quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the hotel delivered exactly what was advertised. Great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

"Don't Pay For Breakfast it's FREE!"

This review has not to to with hotels.com than EVEN hotel. When we booked the room there was an option to pay for breakfast per day. So I looked at the hotels info and it said restaurant on site breakfast made to order (surcharge). And there was a menu with pricing for normal breakfast options you would find in a restaurant. So I paid the extra money per day only to find out that yes there is a restaurant but that breakfast is free for anyone who stays at the hotel and was just eggs, bagels and some home fries. I sent screenshots to hotels.com and asked for a refund and they told me that the hotel includes breakfast and that I got what I paid for... They failed to grasp that on checkout there is an option for no breakfast at $0 and breakfast for two for $11. Not sure who's fault it is but this location is FREE so don't pay for it. Issue we had with the actual hotel is that maid service never came to our room and when we asked for towels and our garbage cans to be emptied we were told that service is not available after the maids leave and we would have to come down and get our own towels and empty our own garbage. Other than that a nice place to stay and clean and comfortable
