EVEN Hotel Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was nicely decorated and the workout gear was a very nice touch. Beds were comfortable although the option of some flatter pillows for those who prefer those would be nice. We arrived after a record-heat day, so the room took a very long time to cool down since we were on an upper floor. There was an issue with our door functionality and the staff offered to move if we wanted. Nice gym. Gluten free bread at breakfast was appreciated.

Convenient. Many food options around the area. Room was not very clean. Found items of clothing from previous guests in the shelf. Overall an okay stay.

very clean and comfortable

Check-in was very slow and gentleman had to go over every detail of an already booked room and physically handle my card despite not actually running. Followed up by meeting a gentleman in a halfway with a cigarette hanging from his mouth walking towards outside. Room findings include multiple hairs on a pillow, pubic hair on a towel and a dirty shower that was stained likely from not being cleaned enough. AC was cold at least.

Breakfast is pretty average

Breakfast was not great. Rooms were clean and hotel is newer.

Beautiful and serene property, wonderful staff, great concept for a hotel. Amazing fitness center. Very reasonable price for what you get. The only small flaw is that the free continental breakfast is limited and low quality: what tastes like fake eggs, processed, made-from-frozen packaged homefries, plain white bagels, plain white bread. This is a contrast to the theme of health. Otherwise, four stars!

Shower was excellent. The flooring was very safe and wasn’t slippery at all. One body wash ran out but the second one was full.

The only less than perfect aspect was the quality of the breakfast. The eggs were not very hot and they seemed salty. Not bad but not great. Too bad that only one elevator was working. It was a minor issue and I know these things happen.
