Comfortable clean hotel

Very nice and new and clean! Great pool!

This was the perfect hotel for our family while visiting love ones in the area. The front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was clean and larger than the standard hotel pool! We also enjoyed board games and air hockey in the game room. The included breakfast was just right, and the breakfast staff were very friendly. Our room was just right with comfy beds, fridge and microwave, a nice shower, and quality ironing supplies. We loved our stay and would love to be back!

Parking was adequate, reception people were OK.

Floors are dirty, breakfast was barely adequate, housekeeping always shorted us towels - we had to go to reception each day for more. Drinking water fountain had mold on the spout, one of two elevators was out of service for our entire 3 night stay, the other elevator was 2 months past the inspection date. We felt that no one at the hotel cared about details, and that maybe it was scheduled to close.

It is surprisingly health centric. Good gym for both free weights and cardio. My room had exercise bands and steel bar that acted as an anchor for the bands.

They need to marry their ketchups. Lots of mostly empty bottles on the tables for breakfast.
