Great location to walk to Skylon Tower and to OLG shows.

Lots of renovations but they tried to keep it from being too intrusive. Our room was on the second floor near the front of the building and so a bit noisy through the windows.

Staff was very friendly and helpful being guests from far away. Very clean, room service fresh towels daily, clean up garbage for you. Rooms are very quiet most places you can hear everything to someone coughing. Very convenient having ihop there for breakfast. Would recommend.

Didn't like that we had to leave, honestly the stay there was amazing. It is a little walk to the falls so if your not into hiking up hills or having massive calves when you leave you definitely want to take the bus back or a cab or even a scooter.

Nothing the hotel was nasty, very dirty and smelly carpets

They charged me extra money for everything like amenities in the room, housekeeping, and parking. I asked for a crib and they gave me a very nasty one.
