"Old and tired room in need of an update."

Convenient location close to Niagara Falls, casino and concert venue.

The room was older and in poor condition such as a cracked bathroom sink, peeling wallpaper, bad paint job, crumbling cement floor on balcony. It was near the elevator so quite noisy. We were not informed of a parking fee separate from all the other fees.

"Never go to this place, better book somewhere else"

Location wasn’t too bad but seems like hotel is running a scam - charged $25 for parking & there wasn’t any breakfast included, which was displayed while booking. And staff was rude when ansked about it.

Hotel charged me $25 for car parking. At the time of booking breakfast was shown but there wasn’t anything in hotel. When front desk was asked about breakfast, receptionist was very rude.
