Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites

Very run down property with very limited number of employees. The room did not have trash cans or kleenex. The microwave did not work, the tv malfunctioned, poorly lit room, and a shower head that was only adequate. Also, check in took a long time.

This place is awful there was so much mold in the room and the bathroom it smelled awful. The front desk lady was nice but it seemed a bit shady that I had to pay a cash hotel fee separate from what I had already paid for. This hotel is gross and over priced

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Checkin took more than 45 minutes because staff was slow and seemed confused about everything. Carpet in hallway smelled like cat pee. Carpet in room smelled like dogs. Carpet was dirty and sticky. No garbage can, no coffee maker, no telephone, no comforter on bed. TV didn’t work. Door didn’t lock. Toilet had not been cleaned in weeks. Sink would not drain at all and filled up completely. Cigarette burns all over curtain. Pool was drained and covered with tarp.

Desk seldom staffed with poorly English speaking personnel. No hot water. Pool & hottub closed. Restaurant only served dumplings with bonefish speaking waitress/cook. No bar available. Pile of vomit never cleaned up off elevator on floor where we stayed.

There were no rooms available nor was there any staff.

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel even though it was over priced. Showed up to check in and they said they had no rooms. Even after showing them our confirmation number they said you will have to contact your credit card company to cancel the charge (they already took our money). Go somewhere else. Time to demolish this one and start over!

I booked the hotel and was running late, so i tried to call the hotel to let them know i was on my way, i called again and again, about 10 times, and let it ring and ring and no one answered. When i finally arrived to the hotel, there were no staff at the front desk, just a paper sign saying check in was from 4pm-10pm. I can respect the time window, but with no notice online what so ever, i did not expect a HOTEL to not have ANY employees after 10pm and no one to check in guests. I paid for a room that i didnt even get to use. I had to sleep in my car the rest of the night. If there is any decency in you as a manager or business, please refund my money and i will still attempt to book a room with you again.

Never make a reservation with this hotel. I booked a room three days in advance at 8:00 at night. I realized I had booked the wrong area, so when I went to cancel it it said I have to cancel before 7:00 p.m. I don't know how that would be possible. So you cannot contact them, they never never answer. Their chat people finally got them a day later and the manager said he would not waive the $90 cancellation fee. Plus the hotel appears to be very nasty from the other reviews. Glad I didn't have to go there

The hotel was smelling mold everywhere, reception, elevator, hallways and room, it was really the worst experience ever
