Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites

The hotel was horrible,

They got me in when I really needed it and were really pleasant.

This was a last minute reservation. We arrived at 4 pm for check in and stood in the lobby for 40 minutes. Finally, a lady showed up to take the other people waiting in the lobby to “look” at a room and stated she would be back soon. Just by looking at the lobby, it was full of old decor and dust. The bar area was closed and looked like it was used for storage. Items definitely not organized in there. Got tired of waiting and left.

Terrible place! Had to travel for a last minute business trip to assist with storm damage, only to arrive at this hotel turning me away because they sold it out from under me. My card was already charged and it took hours, and multiple calls to get my money back.

Walked into the lobby and it was very stinky. The lady at the desk seemed to be flirting with 2 customers.. and finally said she would be right with me. Waited. While waiting I looked up reviews… and saw a few about sleeping with the bed bugs… so I left. Did not stay.

very poorly run. Stayed the night of the hurricane 10/09/24. check-in was haphazard, the restaurant was closed and all questions were answered by a nice Chinese girl who needed her phone to translate as she only spoke Chinese. Room was OK. I was never given a receipt or any paperwork, only the room key. I paid for 2 nights just in case, but only stayed the one night. No one was at the desk at any time that day or the next morning at 10AM when I left. Only person working was a nice Chinese man who told me to call the number on the wall and they could help me get my refund. I have called every day and left messages to no avail. The phone # online does not answer. Just disputed the charge on my credit card for half. Never stay there again,

Receptionist great rooms horrible ac doesn’t even work

Building was so horrible filthy and dirty I didn’t even stay there

If I can give this zero stars I would after being displaced from hurricane Milton nobody picked up the phone we showed up it smelled there was nobody at the front desk. Another woman was waiting an hour and a half for them to reactivate her key card and they have the audacity to try to charge me for cancellation. Do not even bother. I was not bringing my children or infant into that. I don’t care how displaced I was.

Staff barely spoke English. Desk rarely staffed. No room service. No restaurant. No pool. No bar. Amenities listed -false.
