The room was dark and there were only 2 lights on end tables and one didn't work

No daily cleaning, no garbage pickup,

Love it

Out dated poor up keep,no one is ever at the front desk. A/C leaked very bad the whole time carpet wet mildew smells throughout the property just horrible. I paid for the most expensive room and the jet tub didn’t even work

Property is very outdated staff knows no English had to wait hours to be checked in property not maintained well no water in pool

Did not have someone at the front desk to check us in. Hotel run down

The hotel was full of black mold and the carpet we all stained I did not end up staying I left after seeing the room I asked the front desk to cancel my stay I know it is non refundable but I am a dialysis patient and I would have gotten very sick from the mold

I got locked out of my room at 1030pmvwhen my key card was demagnitized. I then spent until 8am the following Monday rning in a chair I'm the hotel lobby. I called the afterhours number posted at the front desk 56 times and got no answer or return call. The following morning I was offered 20pct off. What a joke . This place should be shut down.

I would not recommend this place at all!!!

The only thing wrong with the room was that the light at the entrance at the door was out. Otherwise, it was a clean comfortable room. The fridge worked and so did the microwave. The front counter clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and quick at her job.
