Imperial Swan Hotel & Suites

My crew told me it was the worst place they've stayed for work in Central Florida. Unfortunately, there are very few smaller hotels in the area!

The hotel looks like it’s not been taken care of. There is NO ROOM SERVICE. There was used soap and shampoo bottles left in our room. And this is the SECOND room we went to. The first had one bed and I have four others with me. And the room had no ac preset. When we walked in the hotel, the hotel in general had a horrid stench and there was only two people working, that didn’t even speak English. And it was very humid and hot. This place looked like a barn, it was very dirty. I was charged for a service fee. THEY CHARGE MONEY TO CLEAN THE ROOMS. I am NEVER coming back.

Old, no vending, no cable TV, old beds. Not the best stay.

No AC in hotel lobby or room, did not stay, would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel

Hotel was in poor condition. Amenities were almost nonexistent. No breakfast was served. There were stains and holes on the wall and the bed linen smelled dirty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will NEVER stay there again.

I couldn't go swimming because the pool didn't have water in it

When I arrived (for my reservation) there was a sign that said “be right back”; after waiting 20 min, I called a number that was taped to the wall. I left a voicemail saying I was at the front desk and there were others there too (2 others came after me). After another 15 minutes I called again and was sent straight to a full voicemail. Shortly after I received a text saying “what do you want?” So I responded I was trying to check in for my reservation. Another 10 min passed and a guy came down the elevator. Believe me, had I not had a reservation I never would have tolerated; coupled with the town was booked up for state championships. The entire facility was gross, had mold everywhere, stains in the tub (so disgusting I wouldn’t even shower) and I was terrified I would end up with bedbugs from the whole feel of the place. I would strongly encourage you to not post this place on your website—you shouldn’t encourage anyone to stay here.

With Hotels @ $300 a night, this property served its purpose. They seem to have a small staff, but they were nice and helpful.

Overall positive experience. The hotel was very nice for the price. Room was nice enough. Microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker. Had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. We were there two nights and did not get maid service so I don’t know if we stayed longer if there would have been anyone that came by. Lots of restaurants close by as well.

Couldn’t get ahold of front desk. No one would answer phone. No one there for check out. Blankets are hard and worse than jail blankets. Place is old and run down. No ice machine anywhere. No cable. Trash bins full on every floor and yes we looked cause we looked for ice everywhere. Gym closed and pool empty.(no water) shampoo was half used. It’s expensive and other hotels with bad reps are way cheaper and better
