The Hog's Back Hotel & Spa Farnham

First room had an extractor next to the window. Next we had to go to reception to ask for towels next day and told they only clean the rooms once a week. So the bathroom only gets cleaned once a week. No cleaning items are in the bathroom to do it yourself. I suppose you are expected to take the rubbish to the local recycling centre if it’s full. Will not be using this hotel again.

Really need to get air con in the rooms

Nice enough hotel, spa wasn't the best as faulty facilities but was disappointing that room service doesn't come and you ain't made aware of this as we had 32* heat and one towel each to use all weekend and ran out of toilet roll so had to go looking for supplies

My motorcycle was stolen from the car park. more security is needed or a secure compound, I don’t think I will be staying there again

I booked this as a 50th present for my husband.

We had a leak in our bathroom on the first night, the hotel could not provide us with an alternative room/maintenance were unable to come until the next day. We agreed upon a refund for the night upon departure. The hotel informed us upon departure we had to do this through hotels.com. I have since contacted the hotel through hotels.com and they cannot contact them this service is unacceptable and puts downer on a trip we otherwise generally enjoyed

Check in was poor staff was not tentative more interested in chatting between themselves. Had two guests waiting. Room was okay bit dated. Breakfast was average. Service was okay. Checkout no receptionist no choice tried self checkout machine. Seem to work.

Did not like refused collection at 5:30 in the morning Otherwise great stay

Property ok, but room noisy from generator outside window. So room 207 not again
