The building was very rough and dated
GBNice staff, 24 hour reception. Large room and en suite. Very clean bedding and towels.
The water pressure was very low in room 205 and 1 was unable to wash my hair.
GBMaybe the breakfast but the egg wasn't enough for people and they didn't fill up. The coffee was nice.
The furnishings and decor are very outdated and the hotel is in need of renovation, especially considering the price. There was a lot of noise, which made it difficult for us to sleep. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was terrible and in poor condition. Only english breakfast is available and they give only 1 toast per person and didn't ask would you like more?
GBBed squeaks paid extra for ground floor room to avoid stairs.

GBGBGBParking was a plus for us. We drove from London we were able to park at the hotel. Bus stop outside hotel took into the centre of Brighton

GBThis hotel does the job. Deceht size room, which is fairly comfortable. Met the needs of the three of us (two adults and one four year old). Staff were very polite and were on hand when needed. The breakfast included was nice. The free parking is the real selling point, and location to the city centre is good, albeit a 20-30 minute walk to the seafront. Overall, i would recommend and would consider staying again, if the price remains reasonable.
Toilet could have been cleaner. The outside asthetics werent great at the time of the visi (we had scaffolding directly outside our window, and below was a bushed area used by people to sit- maybe staff, we werent sure)
