Gloucester Robinswood Hotel By Sunday

location was great and loved that there was a pool on site which could use as staying overnight.

staff didn't seem completely on the ball... bit confused on what was doing and who doing what... also on my booking it mentioned that the parking was included, however at the hotel they didn't except this so had to pay ontop also the bath plug didn't keep the water in. Was also a bit strange not having any plugs by the bed to charge phone.. were across the room

Hotel room was very dated in need of an update The surrounding garden were in an awful state, weeds everywhere

Nothing as it was a disappointment from arrival to leaving. Outdated room dirty in places not well maintained.

Stairs so difficult to access areas with lugage food overpriced pool cold jaccuzzi cold no our door seating to relax nothing to do if not using pool or gym.

The swimming pool sauna and hot tub

The staff didnt seem to know what they was doing, also there was a wedding party in causing alot of noise and disruption who had been put on the same corridor , there was screaming, shouting, kids running about, doors slamming until early hours and they was awake again at 5am with alot of noise..i dont understand why we was put on the same corridor...i phoned reception to ask to be changed rooms a couple of times and there was no answer
