Gloucester Robinswood Hotel By Sunday

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel environment was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and resulted in significant body aches during and after my stay. This had a major impact on the quality of my rest and overall comfort.

Access to spa and gym facilities

Additional cost for parking. Gym and spa timings. They are quite short.

The staff were very nice and friendly. My husband used the pool and found that very pleasant, if a little tired.

The room was down 2 flights of stairs and there was no lift. It was very hot - the heating was on and we managed to turn that off, but the towel rail was on all the time we were there. There was no way to turn it off. The food was average quality, but quite expensive. The outside lights were on at 10am - very wasteful!

Great location

Very dated , hairs in the bed cobwebs at the windows limescale in the kettle and then woken up early by someone mowing the lawns outside early

The evening meal

Clean. Good swimming pool. Had some issues re restaurant service which was resolved after sharing concerns.

Hotel and restaurant run by 2 different companies. Communication poor between them.

Good location. Gym to use
