Lovely big room with extra facilities which we didn't require or use. Sofa, table and chairs Leisure pool etc was excellent

As 3 people staying shame there wasn't 3 cups, glasses biscuits, water and crisps.

"Perfectly adequate for a one night stay near Gloucester"

Good location. Perfectly comfortably. Exactly what we expected/hoped for given the price for one night. Like a bit of a step up from a premier inn.

Having to pay for the carpark. No fan in the room (and it was roasting hot) - we did request a fan from reception and they said they'd bring one but they never did. It was also noisier than we though. Lots of loud banging from midnight right through to 6am.

"Great location from M5 and town , parking available ,"

We had such a fantastic stay at the Robinswood Hotel !! It’s in the perfect spot—so easy to find ( close to M5) and literally only 10 minutes away from both the Cathedral and the Docks, which made exploring a breeze. What really made our trip was the incredible team. The staff gave us such a warm welcome and accommodated our requests ( fan for hot weather and quiet room request ) , a huge shoutout goes to Shalom , he manages the property amazingly . Dylan on reception was genuinely lovely and helpful. The spa staff were amazing too, making sure we totally relaxed, and the breakfast team was just wonderful every morning, keeping everyone happy and well-fed. It’s rare to find a place where every single staff member is this great, and we'll definitely be back!
