Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

A former residential mansion that sits across from a famous temple. Features big rooms, beautiful Andean décor and a charming courtyard. The people were great and the breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The entire staff has been beyond professional and welcoming. they provide a solid gluten-free menu along with spectacular food. highly recommend the hot chocolate by the fire pit under the Southern Cross

We had a wonderful stay at the Palacio del Inka in Cusco, and what made it truly memorable was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone treated us with genuine warmth and care. Two people deserve special mention: Walter in the lobby was unfailingly courteous, attentive, and informative, always ready with a smile and whatever we needed, and Jonathan in housekeeping took such pride in his work that our room was immaculate and welcoming every single day. Both went out of their way to make us feel at home. The rest of the team was just as wonderful: gracious, professional, and clearly devoted to their guests. The dinner show celebrating Inca culture was a highlight of the entire trip: touching, beautiful, and a heartfelt window into the region’s heritage that we won’t soon forget. The hotel itself is both luxury and history. If you’re staying in Cusco, this hotel and its people will make your visit special. Thank you, Walter, Jonathan, and the entire staff, for everything.

The hotel is beautiful! Excellent location. Carlos took such good care of us. All kinds of things. Luggage, oxygen he was great!

Walter who always greeted us at the front door was amazing!! it was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I love the harvest at the morning breakfast, which provided very special ambience to the morning. The bedding and beds were so comfortable and cozy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
