Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

My fav hotel. Emerson did an amazing job helping us. He is the best concierge I’ve ever had. He helped us just about every day. Also Daniel Yxi was an amazing bartender. He was always super friendly made amazing piscos sours.

This is a wonderful hotel and would highly recommend this for your stay in Cusco. Centrally located, and overall just an exceptional facility. I must include in this review the over and above service that Ruth , the hotel concierge, provided us. We had trouble with our airline after cancelled flights and she helped us with arranging our flight accommodations. Thank you Ruth! When we make the visit to Cusco in the future, we will definitely stay at this property. You should as well

Beautiful historical hotel with exceptional service and staff. We stayed here 2 nights with young children, and really enjoyed it. From the unique hotel history to the outstanding breakfast experience. It all was so special. Our only recommendation is that the rooms need some updating, but it does add to the charm of the hotel.

Wonderful experience at Palacio del Inka! Everything was amazing from start to finish. Juan, Willy, Jesus, Wellington gave the most wonderful service. We will be back!! 10/10!

The hotel was beautiful and the stuff were very accommodating! Salvador, who works in the restaurant, was especially accommodating and sweet! The staff here truly elevated our experience.

Coffee machine didn't work, they didn't add my bonvoy number to the booking, they double charged for Service. Other than that, a great hotel. With great staff and a fantastic restaurant!

Great hotel with service that makes it all the better. Highlight of the stay was the pisco making class by Rodrigo, engaging and hilarious class.

The hotel is situated in the centre of Cusco. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the porter staff were curt and unhelpful. We were told at check-in that our room had been "upgraded". On entering the room we were told that the "upgraded" room did not have any air conditioning! We went to the pisco sour demonstration by Ricardo which was great fun. The food was good but the restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful. The coffee machine in our room did not work so a replacement had to be found. We had complimentary water which had a metal bottle cap but no bottle opener so we could not use the water.
