Palacio del Inka, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Cusco

The view from our room of the bell tower of the Qorikoncha temple and the lights of Cusco was something else. Enjoyed the free offerings of the history of the hotel tour, their sumptuous breakfast and courteous staff.

We had booked the hotel for a second time after returning from our Inca Trail trek and this time chose to upgrade to a family suite with three beds, which the hotel offered at a discount. The room was comfortable and restoring after our exertions. The hotel had safely stored our suitcases during our adventure. Many additional services like caricature painting was offered free of cost.

This is the best hotel - top to bottom. Service was incredible. Very professional and friendly. Especially Willington who is a bellhop and Maira in the spa!! And of course the pisco sour class with Rodrigo.

This is a luxury hotel, rich in history, with 24-hour concierge service, most helpful, happy staff, best breakast buffet, chocolate on comfortable bed, tea at the reception area, museum quality art ðisplayed, and centrally located.

We had a beautiful and spacious suite. The bar, restaurant, staff, and concierges were all fabulous, and the breakfast buffet was over-the-top good. We loved the tea station where we could always get coca and mint teas- great for adjusting to the altitude. Every single staff person was friendly and helpful every single time they passed by.

Two complaints: the thick down duvet/ comforter was too warm, so I would wake up sweating in the middle of the night. This happened every night. Can’t they be lighter with the option to add another blanket? And, our room was on the street side so we could hear traffic pretty easily, even with windows shut tight and curtains drawn. It wakened me from sleep several times. A lighter comforter and double pane windows on that side would fix everything.

Beautiful hotel with great service and exceptional breakfast (including the visit of Inti the llama!). Rooms were large and spacious, very comfortable bed. Located 5 mins from the main plaza and nice and quiet at night. Interesting tour of the hotel and pisco sour lessons included
