This place is NOT an OYO. It is the Lincoln Inn. This place was FILTHY DIRTY. The room had holes in walls, cigerette burn holes in the sheets, the sheets were dirty, my daughter got bed bugs which we had to treat. We booked this place for 3 nights and had to leave after 1 night and book another hotel. It was discusting. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

Totally incompetent. OYO is not on the outside of the hotel. It is the name of the broker. The hotel is the Lincoln. Absolutely nowhere is that listed. How are you supposed to find it. You have to have a smart phone to operate the TV. I don't. No one would come up and see if they could get my dumb mobile unit to work. I went up and down the stairs three times despite my heart condition. No one bothered to help me. The only thing good was that they gave me a refund without penalty. Someone needs to teach these people motel marketing 101 and service.

Awesome management, sweet dog at the office but really bad roaches and I don't think the room had been swept in months. Found a receipt by the bed from JANUARY!

"Worst Experience Ever. Stay Away."

If I could give it zero stars I would. We checked in at 9pm and found that someone was finishing up 'cleaning' our room even at 9pm. Upon entering the room, we discovered a broken security latch, no smoke detector (just a hole in the wall with wires coming out), stains on the curtain as well as a cigarette burn hole, stains on the shower curtain, and bugs. When we went to the front desk to make them aware of the issues and request to check out and get our refund we were immediately accused of lying about the room condition and stealing the smoke detector. They also refused to refund even our $50 security deposit (which is laughable for a room like this). Honestly, this place should be shut down.

My husband and I reserved a room for 2 nights. Upon check in it started storming outside and the front desk lady motioned for me to stand in the rain at the side window to take my information. It wasn't quite 3pm and she did not let me into the lobby. She was very rude. Asked for my name and then poked fun at it She stated that the man was getting our room ready and that it was possible he left the door open upstairs. Then she told me that it doesn't matter if I don't come up with the 50. Deposit I wouldn't get the key anyway. Insinuating I couldn't produce 50. Bucks. Which I did. We go up to the room, the door was open. Got comfortable and the door flies open , the man came in the room looking around saying oh I thought I left it in here. We asked what it was but he never told us. I said that if I find it I'd let them know. Whatever it was??? Next after a bath, I laid down and fell asleep. At 1:30am I awoke to itching. Asking my husband to turn on the lights...we were covered in BEDBUGS!!! Big ones, little ones more than we could count. Appeared to be an infestation. I have pictures and videos of the BEDBUGS crawling all over the bed. On the floor, drapes, chair, tables, EVERYWHERE. LITERALLY EVERYWHERE!!! My husband went down to the front desk and told the lady and she shrugged saying you probably brought them in on your shoes Didn't bother to come check it out or offer us a different room. She did NOTHING. That's when we called Expedia. Explaining to them what was going
