Manager helped us after flying over night back to UK.by offering us a room for restricted guests as we got to hotel at 7am. Would have waited till 3 or 4 pm for a room. The room was great and we was most greatful to get some rest and shower for the evening. Nice to see and feel as a valued customer. So been back three times more in last 12 months. Thank you to the staff and management. So helpful and friendly. I be back as someone said.

Not didn't like just think evening menu could be bigger with more verity. Jacket potato with sides. That's just my taste in food.

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy, love having a microwave and fridge in the room. The Wifi was strong and consistent. The shower was powerful and plenty of towels. Free coffee machine downstairs, with access to pool, gym and steam room.

Was hoping for a sofa in the room but I could have asked for it, or maybe i needed to upgrade ;)

Dinner took too long to get a food menu- restaurant wasn’t full but they had run out of menus, people who came in after me were served first, drinks took a while to come and when finally someone took my food order I decided it would take too long (advised it could be 45 mins or more) as it was late I went elsewhere but still made to pay for the drinks that I had barely drunk.
