The staff were lovely and welcoming. Great use of the facilities.

The steam room had small catapillar like bugs coming up from the drain - this needs addressing. Pillows in the room were extremely uncomfortable and very lumpy - need replacing. Took a very long time for the food to come out

We love everything about this place as a family. It's a real treat to come and stay, and my children ask if we can come and stay. We love the pool and the resturant, and enjoyed a stay here after a trip away.

The staff are exceptionally good especially Eva on reception and John in maintenance. Very nice breakfast staff fab pool great bed and excellent soundproofing system. Very good lunch staff in bar

Had some aircon issues but it was new and I have given . Food was ok but not to our taste and quite frankly especially the bar food Breakfast was ok but very cost conscious quality was medium.
