My only point and thw reason I didn't give it 10/10.was , the hallway on our floor was very tired looking and not that welcoming.

Room was spacious and more than adequate. Reception was friendly and staff overall were helpful. During busy times it was a good-wait for an elevator. Free coffee and tea in the foyer was a good touch.

The restaurant food was appalling. Smash burgers were burnt and unedible, and despite highlighting this we were told that is how they come. The price of the restaurant was also wildly overpriced for what was served.
