Amazing hotel

Absolutely nothing

Best hotel in Crawley I’m gonna stay there again the staff really great and the restaurant staff were amazing really nice people

That I couldn’t stay longer

Good facilities swimming pool smaller than picture made.out

No water in room.

In the night some noise happen is look like pipes or water sistem I think you should rewiew.

Great position, nice large room and friendly staff

The noise from the vent in our room made it difficult to switch off. Would be helpful to know in advance the car parking fee's for the hotel, which were mentioned on the booking site.

The bed was so comfortable. The decor was lovely. Rooms were smart. Lots of parking. Food was delicious and the pool was lovely.

Although the bed was super comfy, they were a small double as a group of 5 people staying (2 adults and 2 fidgety children and 1 infant) we could have done with them being bigger. Rooms were lovely but the bath was a bit yucky. Nothing serious just could do with some modification. Lots of parking but I can't believe you charge £12 per car. There shouldn't be a charge - this is greedy. Pool area lovely but there was nowhere to hang towels, hardly any sunbeds/ chairs and the steps into the pool are dangerous - should be a side railing on the bit inside the pool so you know where they are - we saw a boy nearly hit his head! Food was lovely but the plates were small.

The staff was very friendly

The room had dust on the arm chair on the sides The bath had marks in it like a dog paws No bottle water in the room for the kettle don’t use bathroom water Tv needs to be updated with smart tv eg Netflix and prime No dressing down to walk down to the swimming pool The changing rooms was small no privacy if wanted to
