Please note: For non-refundable/advance purchase reservations, the credit card used for the purchase must be presented at check in. Please note the parking costs 12 GBP only on an overnight basis. All requests for long term parking of 2 or more days must be booked on a long term parking package and is subject to availability. There is a 7 day cancellation policy for the parking. Disabled car parking is also chargeable and preferably requested prior to arrival. Please note: Childs breakfast costs GBP 6.50 which is payable on arrival. Please be aware that for reservations of seven days or more, the hotel will pre-authorize your card on file for 1 GBP verification. Although this transaction will be visible on your statement, it is a pre-authorization and will be removed within seven days. Non-verified reservations will not be accepted Please note: The swimming pool may be closed for maintenance/cleaning and private events, please enquire with the front desk for more details.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
