Staff were so friendly and helped with anything you needed. Breakfast had a good selection and loads to choose from. Everything was clean inside.

The property was very dated. The building on the outside looked worse for wear. Mitch match carpet in places. Dirty windows and paint flaking.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel Norwich and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service from the staff. A special mention goes to Cath on reception, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and her warm, professional manner made a real difference to my stay. It's always the people who make a hotel memorable, and Cath is a fantastic ambassador for the Mercure. Thank you to her and the whole team for such a pleasant experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to others visiting Norwich.
