"Absolutely the worst experience."

First off the person didn't even look at me as she took my reservation. Why? Because she was on the phone speaking to her friends. One of whom was "inferma" . Not even a good evening. Not joking. Then the warning about no breakfast. The room is musty and dank with torn carpet in the bedroom. At least I was feeling better smelling all the skunk weed to the room. BTW : her name is Samantha. We really work so hard for our money. If I could switch hotels I would. It's too late as there's an ice storm on the way. Can Samantha suggest a better hotel? If I don't see this posted I will keep posting until I do.

"Stay Away please"

Please Don’t Go I advise!!! The young kid they made a manager assume he is God. He is rude and claim to be intelligent but dumb.. Comeback to this after six months!! Ya will remember what I have written on this review. Stay away please

"First time in Dallas, last time in this hotel"

We arrived late, chose a room on their app, digital did not work, gave us keys to a different room, which was occupied, then gave us the correct keys for the room which we had selected. Toilet pump in one of the bathrooms gets stuck so you have to unstucking to let water in. And worst of all NO BREAKFAST, the room price included it, when ask they do not know if next day will be. TERRIBLE!!!!

It was very frustrating. I could not get breakfast for me and My Son. I was hungry or true because I traveled thinking I was going to get breakfast. They said they don’t give breakfast.. and I was really broke. I could not afford to buy me breakfast.

The AC unit the door was broken the AC instead of bringing out heat. It brings out cold when the weather was cold when you need cold it comes out heat. They need to work on it.

"Worst hotel I have ever been! Very ghetto! I didn't fell safe."

Location

When I arrived they didn't have internet so the front desk lady couldn't check me in. Me and other three people waited in the lobby for about an hour in the cold weather bc the front door was open bc it couldn't close. When finally she assigned me a room I couldn't sleep there because the whole hall stank at marijuana so I asked to be moved. They assigned me to another room in first floor. They couldn't give a key because they still didn't have internet to make one. On the second day in the morning I left to do my business, when I returned to the hotel at night the second night finally there was internet and they gave me 2 keys to my room 121 when I was in bed I noticed the bed sheets had black stains in them. I took a picture with Google and it turns out it was mold!! No wonder why I was having an allergic reaction the night before and that night. I went to the front desk and asked for clean bedsheets and a comforter because the room was very cold. I showed the person the black stain on the sheets and he gave me clean ones but no comforter. Although the heat was blowing the room was cold. The 3rd night none of the 2 room keys worked so I went to the front desk to ask why but nobody was there. But there was handwritten piece of paper that said "call to this number if you need assistance" So I called and a man answered he said "I'll be downstairs in a minute." he came to the front desk in pajamas with his daughter (approx. 10 year-old) I know this bc she called him "dad" and he was talking on his cellphone with his boss because he was asking him for the password of the front desk computer that was not working. But bc it was late at night I asked him to just let me in in my room. So he asked the man on the phone where was the key to open the rooms. Finally he let me get in my room. My room was never clean in the 3 nights I stayed; nor were breakfast available.

"Unsafe, unsanitary, and false advertising"

This was my worst hotel experience I can remember. Not just for Hilton properties but all time. Place is an unsafe unsanitary dump. Certainly major missed expectations as a Hilton Brand as the property is ran by an owner with zero regard for customers or the brand standards. The room rate was good, and I assumed that was due to holiday season drop off. When checking in, I asked what the hours for breakfast were and was surprised to hear the response that 'we don't do that anymore.' Wow, same for the evening reception. Even though this was advertised as part of the package, it was just eliminated. No explanation or compensation. It was late, so we checked into the room, disappointed but still hopeful. We went into our room and were met with a wave of dog funk smell and saw the clawed and torn up couch. Okay....then we noted that the door wouldn't shut. On inspection, we determined that the top hinge had been pulled out. This was getting worse by the minute. We went back to the front desk and requested a room with a working door. Note - management had to know this door was broken but chose to ignore it. I have to share that the front desk clerk was very nice, but it was obvious that she was familiar with guest's disappointments who were expecting a Hilton Homewood Suites and were experiencing this mess. We requested a different room which was accommodated. On the way to the room, we walked down a hallway and basically waded through water as an ice maker had either been stopped or broke down and all the water had saturated the area. No surprise at this point. The second room still reeked of dog, but it was late and we needed a place to sleep. With a push, the door would close, but I had to lift it by the handle to be able to engage deadbolt. In the room, carpet was badly frayed, and both smoke detectors were non-functional. (Isn't this a basic code issue???!?) One was missing and the other had the battery pulled out and installed backwards. Perhaps this was done to accommodate smoking dog owners who frequent the property. Who knows? And yes, I have pictures of these conditions. The AC did not work, which was no surprise. This place was an obvious no- maintenance run into the ground dump. The other guests that we met were basically homeless indigents who were living there. Not being classist, but when we learned that the outside door to the hallway did not latch and required no card for access, we felt even more unsafe. Bottom line, this franchisee has violated about every brand standard imaginable. I cannot imagine or justify how Hilton would choose to allow this to continue. This was offensive personally and embarrassing as a loyal Hilton customer. Nasty. Choose another hotel. Motel 6 or Motel 8 would be a major upgrade from this disaster.
