Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central

Room is dated and kind of gross. Weird stains on the chairsand it smells like smoke. Advertised breakfast but they were "out of supplies" parking lot is mad sketch I laid awake wondering if I'd still have a ride out in the morning.

The problems are numerous. No breakfast as advertised ,Roaches in my room, non-working ice machine and the cable system didn’t work. Staff said the GM doesn’t answer then phone.

sheets had stains, dead ladybug on the nightstand ?, door was broken, charged me $90 for the pet fee even though online says it’s $50

We pre booked this hotel and instantly regretted it once walked in. Front desk was nice but there are false advertisement. There’s no breakfast or water because “he didn’t buy any.” Air conditioning only works on first floor. Our door keys did not work THANKFULLY. Stains everywhere and walls are full of stains. If I could give this place a ZERO, I would.

I liked the location, did not use the pool.

The hotel did not provide breakfast and did not provide a substitute. The hotel was clean but liked maintenance, hallway was clean but had a mild drew smell. room door would no close without pushing on the top side of the door, bottom of cooking pan was peeling, air vent needed to be cleaned. I have stayed at another Homewood Suite and this was not a problem.

Breakfast is not provided here. They lied on their description. The floor we were on smells like weed and cigarettes despite non-smoking signs on every door. Complaints were lodged and management ignored it. There is a hole in the floor of our room. Their hot tub is the closest one I've ever been in. This place is not as advertised at all. No attempt has been made to correct anything.

Had to slam hard to get it to shut Ice machine down the hall broken No breakfast served apparently due to food supply issues according to desk attendant Ice machine in refrigerator broken Things on the floor that should have been vacuumed up Peeling teflon on cooking pans Needed a couple of extra pillows, they only had one Light cover to dining room light not attached to ceiling Lots of stains on the floor. Socks get dirty when walking on the carpet Good Bed was comfortable AC works good We booked in here for 5 nights. This facility in my opinion, is not up to the standards of the Hilton hotel line. It badly needs renovation and a better cleaning staff. While we chose this hotel because of the location, the ability to cook in the room, and it was a Hilton property, we might have to rethink whether or not the Hilton brand is a brand we want to continue using if they are going to continue to forego upkeep. The people staying here deserve better.

Our flight was super delayed and we finally got there 6:00 am. Shayan took care of us and it was really awesome. We really appreciated it.
