Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central

Staying two nights, first night got in to room with no ac , but staff got switch next day. Doesn’t get refunded on deposit

Overall okay. The room door was hard to open and close. Had to lift the door to close it. Breakfast though we showed up half an hour before it was suppose end was already done and they were cleaning up.

very dirty, we immediately asked to cancel reservation after seeing the room and how nasty it was. the front desk said we would be fully refunded but we are still waiting to see that money back. do not stay here it is nasty

The location was nice, close to everything i planned to do. The staff was nice and very helpful.

The water pressure in the bathroom sink and shower was really low.

To start avoid at all cost. When we arrived the lobby looked shady! Host was nice but we pre paid and what a mistake on my part will never do this again. It was so bad we left after resting for a few hours. The hole place smelled as if someone had ether got sick all over the floors in hall ways or pee"d all over the floors in hall ways. Not only this but the walls and everything needs to be replaced. It's run down mess. The beds were like laying on a stack of cardboard. My son was going to lay on the sofa bed and the pillow case on the couch was half torn off the back side. It's the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in by Hilton! This hotel should be shut down. Also Hilton needs to come in and look at it for themselves. I dare any Hilton corporate official to stay here one night. I have been staying in Hilton hotels for the past 15 years plus and this made me have to think twice before returning to there brand again.. look someplace else people pay the extra bucks and don't stay here!!

No breakfast second day. Door broke. Extremely hot.

The location not to far from downtown

There needs to be minor updates such as changing the shower heads. Additionally the 3rd floor was extremely hot like no AC was running on that floor. Additionally my room was extremely hot like the room would rise to 80 degrees while it was set on 72 i told the front desk they said they would have someone fix it or change my room but no changes probably won’t stay again.

Ice machine didn't work. The services was horrible by not coming in cleaning the rooms trash not taking out. Had to put dirty towels out in hallway and trash as well. Had to walk up to front lobby just to get clean towels. The room keys didn't work had to go back a few more times to get new keys. Charge more when I got to hotel instead of what I booked for online. The breakfast wasn't the best either. The location was bad because it was in a area where lots of druggies around and lots of homeless even though I hope and pray for those people. Overall it was a bad stay. Would I recommend this place to stay in Dallas no I wouldnt.
