Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central

Don't stay here. Place is so dirty and tired. Somewhat under new owners very obvious last owners sucked every penny out did not put anything bac. I was on longterm and had not made my trip to buy a cheap vaccume yet so I ask housekeeping can I use yours for about 10 min of course it didn't work at all she stayed carpets were clean cause her Conainer needs emptied. That's cause it's stopped u i fixed it for her she was amazed. Richard and the raferican American dude not the gm I think this guy may be painting some rooms donr really know never sen him do thing, they'd take want long term guest I wastaking treatments at Presbyterian dallas so I had some real bad days so labeled as a druggie I guess that's right just legal drugs rgiven by a doctor. Richard no he not a Mgr front desk said you act drunk or high I told him Justin previous gm has my Dr notes on file explaining my condition and meds. The issue is a Hilton is running the place for the owners and a switch general manager every week.I mean, you're ever in the 6 months of time.There was 4 general managers and I mean, they stayed a couple weeks and that was it, so I would just stay away.I'm, they're very rude like.I say the place they dump like a lavender smell all over the floor of lavender cleaner and it's so strong.You can't breathe in the place that smells like lavender r.

The staff charged me for my room even though i had already paid for it on Hotels.com! When I tried to get my money back they sudden they kept telling me that they would get back to me.

Big rooms and the kitchen was cute

The location, sad to see all the homeless in the area, the people who actually live in these units can be worrisome. When Hilton is attached you think you're staying somewhere fancy...this was not the case.

Do Not stay here, 82 deg in hallways, etc, smelled like cigarettes, filthy rooms, doors wouldn't shut without being shoved . The outside looked just as bad, and lots of vagrants, we checked in, and after seeing room, well 2nd room, (we had asked to be moved), but it was in same condition, we gave the keys back and found a different hotel. We are currently trying to get room refunded. The gentlemen at the desk knew how bad it was and told us to request the refund. He would have given it to us, but we went through a 3rd party, so he said he couldn't. If you want to stay here, do yourself a favor and go there first before you make the reservation. So you can see first hand what your getting into.

The morning we needed to checkout there was no employees working and no coffee or breakfast which is part of the reason we stayed here on Saturday the ist morning the biscuits were served cold and the gravy was cold dumped from a can in front of me.The suites are very run down.
