Homewood Suites Dallas/Park Central

One of the absolute worst travel experiences ever. I had 2 rooms reserved. 1 for pay and 1 with Honors Points. The room I was checked in to was bearable, but then the room they checked my kids in to looked as if a crime had been committed in it. It was basically unsafe. Door didn’t have a deadbolt. The latch was completely broken, and one of the hinges had been replaced and reinforced. There was blood (appeared to be) on the floor, the thermostat didn’t work, and there were exposed wires on the ceiling fan that also didn’t work. The outside entry was also broken and did not lock. The room was basically open to the outside world. When I asked to be moved. They told me they were oversold. There were maybe 6 cars in the parking lot. I checked out the next day. My points still have not been refunded, and I wouldn’t recommend this property to my worst enemy.

You get what you pay for. This Property consistently has the lowest rate in metroplex, and I've been happy w my Stays. The location of the Property is good for work also: off 635 and 20 minutes to most of City. Restaurants and shopping all around. New Jack in the Box on site. MAKE SURE YOU interact w Operations Manager Deshaun if you will be an extended guest: Deshaun is an A-plus representative for the Property and he provides EXCELLENT service for Honors members, he really made my Stay. Shivam is the GM and he was considerate of my Status as well. This Property is a GOOD VALUE and my overall experience was good, mainly thanks to Deshaun.

Trevor was great the rest of your idiots and the place is nasty stinks step bugs Stay away. Richard is a jerk owners have no clue how to run hotel a mess. But Trevor was amazing

Absolutely nothing

I booked this hotel 5 months in advance, when we arrived I was told that there was no room available for us and just because we made reservations doesn't mean it guarantees us a room until we get there! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

It was ice cold and jets didn’t work

Absolute $#*!hole Cigarette burns in couches, carpet ripped up in all the rooms, doors falling off the hinges, no water pressure in shower, smelled like smoke, fire alarm was covered with a grocery bag, remotes to tvs dead, mismatched dishes, empty coolers at front, no breakfast, bathroom fan sounds like an airplane taking off, I could go on. The staff is doing the best they can but with no GM involved and no maintenance upkeep…find somewhere else…..
