It was really good, everything it's near the place

Food was average

Sehr gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, gute Lage an der Belt Line Road mit Restaurants und Geschäften in der Umgebung; gepflegtes Haus, schöne Lobby, gemütliche Suiten, Schlafzimmer durch Tür abgetrennt; freundliches Personal. Frühstück im Preis enthalten, gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Genügend Parkplätze. Sichere Gegend.

Gerne hätte ich etwas Wäsche gewaschen, leider fielen beide Waschmachinen länger aus.

Decent property. Needs a lil TLC. NO COLD AIR COMING THROUGH AC UNIT, NO COLD WATER THROUGH FAUCET IN KITCHENETTE.

Convenient to everything. Staff was nice.

The rooms need some major update. You can see that the carpet in room weren't vaccumed, bed sheets & bath towels had stains & hair on them, room wasn't fully stocked of toiletries/amendenties like it was listed on the website, shower door was loose. Pulled the bed cover & found a small spider on the bed.

These suites are just fine for a stay. Inside the building is clean and comfortable with some noticeable wear and tear. Looks like the building is being eorked in though so hopefully improvements are coming! I had to leave very early so I couldn't enjoy the breakfast but that is a nice perk. Would like to have had a water bottle in room though. Rooms are pretty soubd proof. Overall, good stay.

We could not stay in the first room given to us -- the smell was horrible, the tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen were slippery enough we almost fell. Room was dirty with stained and very outdated furniture. We had actually put our bags back in the car, with the intention of going to a different hotel. Hotel desk manager offered us another room, which we did take. It was a bit better, good enough to suffer thru the few days we were staying. Few warnings -- the shower door bars aren't actually attached, so don't try to use them to steady yourself, the sofa with the bed looked so old, I cannot see how it could possibly be comfortable, the furniture is ripped/stained, and our bathroom ceiling did have what looked like mold in the corner. Overall, if you need a cheaper place to stay, and can tolerate a bit of sketchiness, you'll be fine. On the positive--the pool looked clean (we didn't use it), the staff was wonderful, parking was easy, and there are a ton of things to do in the area.

Convient, busting areas. Have nyc energy with southern feel.

No cable 4 days of being there. At a certain maintenance staff is gone. So if t g are was a problem. Like glass on floor. Staff at front had no broom or dust pan. If staff leave at certain time, at least have what is needed fir guest to cleanup their room. Which is horrible in itself.

The privacy of the place feels like apartments

Asked for towels since they cleans and removed our dirty ones they didnt have any to give expect "emergency" towels and the most important part is that they did not tell anyone there would be a $100 deposit "refundable" until we arrived at the facility

We travel freuqently as a family and even the "good" hotels are all the same and basic. Not this one. It checked all the boxes plus some. The room and lobby smelled great and were immaculate. The young man working the front desk was so so kind and accommodating. The area was so quiet even with construction going on. The pool was clean. The breakfast was delicious. Just overall the best place we have stayed
