There was no electricity in the bathroom or the kitchen since the GFI switches don't work. The TV in the bedroom doesn't work. Some dishes in the cupboard but no silverware in the drawers. Ice maker works but nothing to catch the ice in so its all over the bottom of the freezer.

The grounds didn’t give off great “curb appeal,” but for the price, it’s a solid option. Biscuits and gravy at breakfast were served below room temperature and required microwaving.

Elevator not working properly : room odors from musty conditions : key fab had to be redone 3 times and still didn’t work.

I was on my way to the hotel from Missouri to Texas. 5 hours into our trip, we were called and said our room wasn't available anymore. Needless to say that I was communicating with the hotel about our arrival time and all. Then, I had to spend the rest of the way trying to find a decent room. This was a bad idea because I was driving and trying to find a room for me and my family.

0/0 would not recommend. Moved our employees after how rude the front desk was, the dirty sheets, dirty stoves and silverware, ant infestation, water damaged ceilings, and disgusting floors. Outside was loud and there were constant people soliciting you during the walk from your car to the front desk. Nothing felt safe. Don’t let the shiny pretty lobby fool you. This establishment is absolutely atrocious.
