Homewood Suites by Hilton Dallas Market Center

The property is a very good property. I love staying at this property. I have stayed here multiple times before. I can't complain or say anything about my stay. Only thing I can say is it was wonderful

Had to wait a little while to get checked in because there was no one at the front desk. After checking in he did not mention anything about the free morning breakfast. Other staff members were ok. If you don’t have a car there is just one option for dinner close to the hotel.

Attendant at check in was not courtesy or welcoming. We added an additional night to the previous reservation, he did not inform me that it was required that I check out and check back in. Traffic noises from the interstate is hard for a light sleeper.

Excelllent room for The price. No problems with check in and very nice. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay again

Showing its age. One elevator broken when we arrived and no sign of repair. Other elevator stopped working while we were on it so we used stairs with our luggage to check out. 4 stories. Stained ceiling in our room and general disrepair. Small cockroach cheched out our countertop in toom kitchen. Great breakfast cook so that helped downstairs.

Truck was stolen in parking lot. Hotel no help at all

Quite and clean. Limited staff

The rooms were clean and the people was very helpful and nice. I love that it was accessible right off the Fwy and anything that I needed help with the staff went above and beyond to assist me. Oh and the breakfast was really good!
