"Good stay"

Room was fine. We had to ask for towels several times and the beds were smaller than expected. The kitchen was nice and everything was clean. Hotel could use some updates. Breakfast was good each day and the Wednesday night meal was a pleasant surprise.

Absolutely amazing. Everything was super clean. Easy check in and check out. Our only issue was the pool was “closed for the season”. End of April 85 degrees everyday we were ther….we are from New Orleans and we need a way to get out the heat. Didn’t understand why the pool was closed. Other guest were not understanding either. An open pool would have been 5 out of 5.

Check in was affected by a chain wide computer system failure. On site management would not accept credit cards due to system malfunctions. Multiple guests, myself included, were made to stand in the lobby until solution could be found. Ended up utilizing Hilton app instead of Expedia app to virtually check in which solved my issue for my stay, but not for others
