Very comfortable room..the ceiling fan made it very comfortable,,,but could use a deep cleaning… no hot water for shower one morning… and the dishwasher has not worked in a long time… limited dishes ,,, I had to keep washing utensils and plates during a meal…. The maid did not seem to remember to clean the room..,, but the actual layout was comfortable,,, I would go again if the hotel and room was cleaner

Right next to I35E in the Medical district. Convenient to hospitals. Of course there’s highway noise. Breakfast a little to be desired. Stayed 4 nights and had to request room to be serviced before it was. 1 of 2 elevators worked. Decent place to stay. Didn’t feel unsafe. Will go back when we return.

My stay was fine, however I did not get the room I booked. I got to the hotel and all the double rooms were booked. I was not informed by Hotels.com to find new accommodations. I was given a room with one king bed and I had to sleep in a sofa sleeper.

This hotel did not live up to the Hilton brand. When we got to our hotel room the air conditioner what not working in the room. We asked about it and the guy at the front desk acted very sketchy as if he knew there was a problem in that room. He was able to give us another room, but that one only had double beds instead of queens. Why would they not put queen beds in a room with plenty of space for it? There was also no sheets or blankets for the sofa bed. The carpets were stained. Overall the staff was helpful and the breakfast was decent. We also heard the person at the front dest calling reserved guests to cancel on them because they were overbooked. Our experience at this hotel for the high price was not good and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Where to begin? The staff don’t really seem to care about its guests. I checked in on Friday night and checked out Monday around 10 and during my entire stay no one came to clean my room, even after I asked if I can get fresh towels and maybe new sheets, they never did a thing. I also began to itch a lot, felt like bugs crawling all over me, and the worst one was there were roaches, I killed one and took a picture and showed the front desk person to let him know and he didn’t seem to care. I will never be staying at this hotel ever again.

This was our first time staying at this location, and we really enjoyed the comfort of our suite. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Getting around from this location was pretty easy. We found it conveniently situated near various attractions and dining options, making our daily outings hassle-free. The only slight drawback was the parking situation. It could have been a bit more convenient, but it wasn't a major issue since they had a security person onsite in the evening, which provided an added sense of safety and reassurance. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future

Conveniently located and easy to find. Parking is $10 per night. This property lacks some attention. One elevator was down the entirety of our stay. Our room had not been thoroughly cleaned and over the course of our 3 night stay housekeeping never came so our tiny garbage bins were filled to the brim. The stove top had smudges of food and was missing a knob. There were stains on some towels and sheets and on the furniture. I also found a hair ball on the bathroom sink. The bedding was very thin as were the pillows, and the comforter lacked a proper duvet, it was just placed between 2 sheets. I found holes and stains on the curtains as well. Food crumbs in the refrigerator and microwave. Do not expect to have much in the kitchen. Plates and bowls for 3 people, no dish soap, no paper towels, no sponge. Just 1 single pack of dishwasher powder.
