Rooms were nice, comfy beds and a nice kitchen set. Pool and a hot tub

You have a security deposit that you must pay that is not listed on Booking.com. Check in was a mess, not sure if it was booking end or the hotel but they stated i had two reservation and both were canceled. I never received a cancelation let alone my money back, hotel figured something out and was able to find my reservation

Everything so fair i’ve been here for months and they’ve been nothing but great to me especially the morning shift supervisor ❤️❤️

Making sure that I’m always good with tiles rags, etc. and I’ve been here so long they treat me like family
