They never checked me in and took payment anyway and still have not received a refund

The layout of the king bed room was somewhat as a studio apartment.

Usually in an extended stay hotel your room would come with the toiletries you need for the dishwasher etc. I found my self buying most things I needed. There’s no free breakfast. Front desk staffing told me I couldn’t receive reward points for a nearly $3,000 stay. The pool area is unclean, someone’s animal.. or I’m hoping it was someone’s animal who left poop crumbs by the hot tub that doesn’t work. Chunks of floating hair were in the hot tub and pool looked murky. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Flees in the restroom by the lobby… this place looks closer to closing than anything.

There were two separate rooms that worked well for me and my 2 boys. It was private enough for us to be separate, but still close enough for us to be comfortable.

We didn't get to utilize the living area or the kitchen. I would have been ideal if we checked in earlier to be able to utilize those options, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Definitely something for us to consider if we need a room in the future.

The bed is very comfortable, great mattress. The kitchenette is nice and has a dishwasher.

The trash outside piles up. The cabinets in kitchen and bathroom were not clean and several were broken. The hotel is filled with “ladies of the evening” along with their “handler’s”. Dealers for anything and everything abound. No sleep due to constant fights through the evening. I would not recommend families with small children use this hotel.
